To install DFS Replication on Windows Web Server 2008 R2, you must use the OCSetup DFSR-Infrastructure-ServerEdition command.

А в GUI этой фичи нет, ага. Помимо этого, этой фичи нет в servermanagercmd.exe :-)

Типа, кто не умеет пользоваться гуглем, тот идёт покупать другую редакцию Windows Server.
